I am sure I am not the first one to tell you that your employee Larry in IT has exceptional customer service skills.

As simple as it sounds he was on time to our scheduled appointment, a quality most busy people greatly appreciate. His product knowledge was very apparent. And even though he came into our office not having prior knowledge of the way our network was set up, he quickly assessed the computer network and went right to work.

I had several questions. He took the time to listen intently to them. He made sure he understood my questions and then clearly explained all the answers in a way that I didn't feel that I was being talked down to. I didn't feel rushed. He needed about 30-45 minutes to get the job done but said he budgeted up to 2 hours if I needed it.

Thank you so much for the quick response. Your technician Matt came out today and explained many items to me in regards to the Fiery. This will be very helpful. I explained to him that I print an 11x17 document at least once each month...and most times I cannot get it to print - thus in my mind it never works for me...He was very helpful today in helping me to understand how the Fiery works and what to do if I can't print! Both you and Matt deserve a huge thank-you for such prompt and very helpful customer service...As you probably understood from my e-mail...I was quite agitated yesterday...Again, thanks to you and Matt as I am happy with the copier and the print service today.
